GPSMap products are part of Garmin. All of the GPSMap electronic range are fixed mounted with a reasonable size screen to view the maps. Obviously, the more up to date version your are able to buy will have more features. However, even a piece of kit that is 5 years old will still be of use to you. Many have the facility of being able to plug in a usb cable to add to their capability.
